Your Order


When you place an order on our website it is deemed to be binding. As our goods are often made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend order once it has been placed so please choose carefully.

Returning goods

If you are not satisfied with the goods when your order arrives you MUST notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods. Items will be gladly exchanged or a credit note issued. This is providing that the goods are in the same condition as when you first bought them. This incudes packaging and that it has not been damaged in transit being returned to us. We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty we will refund the cost of postage and exchange the goods for you.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
